Terms and Conditions – MS Taxi Service

Hilly Areas:
- The car air-conditioner may not be operational on hilly routes or when the vehicle is stationary.

Parking Charges:
- Parking charges are not included and must be paid directly to the driver.

Waiting Policy:
- The driver will wait for a maximum of 45 minutes. After this period, the booking will be canceled with no refund.
- Waiting charges apply after the cab arrives at the pickup point. The initial 45 minutes are complimentary, and thereafter, a fee of ₹2 per minute will be payable directly to the driver.

Payment Terms:
- In case of partial payment, the remaining trip balance must be paid in advance at the time of pickup.

Toll Tax and Additional Charges:
- Receipts for toll tax, state tax, night charges, or extra kilometers paid directly to the driver during the trip must be collected from the driver. MS Taxi Service is not responsible for providing invoices for these charges.

Grievance Reporting:
- Any grievances or claims related to the cab travel must be reported to MS Taxi Service within 24 hours of the travel time.

Cab Type:
- Bookings are for SUV or SEDAN cab types, and we do not guarantee a specific cab model.

Luggage Capacity:
- Sedans can accommodate up to 2 bags, while SUVs can hold up to 3 bags.

Fuel Type:
- We do not guarantee a specific fuel type for the vehicle, whether it’s Petrol, Diesel, or CNG.

Availability:
- Cab availability is subject to availability at the time of booking.

Pet Policy:
- Pets are not allowed inside the cab.

Pickup Delay:
- Pickup may be delayed by up to 30 minutes due to traffic or unavoidable reasons.

Driver Details:
- Driver details will be shared up to 6 hours before the departure.
Cancellation Policies – MS Taxi Service
- You can cancel your booking any time before the scheduled pickup by calling our 24×7 Customer Care Helpline at +91-6397714313 or emailing us at care@mstaxiservice.com.
Cancellation charges apply under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled pickup: No refund, and the entire Booking Amount/Advance will be treated as Cancellation Charges.
- Cancellation prior to 24 hours of scheduled pickup: Full advance amount will be refunded within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation request.
- Significant Driver Delay and Cancellation Request: If your driver is significantly delayed and you request cancellation, the cancellation charge will be waived, and the advance amount will be credited to your MS Taxi Service Credits for future bookings.
- No-Show: If you are not at the pickup location or cannot be reached by the driver on the scheduled pickup date and time, the driver will wait for 45 minutes and may then cancel the booking with no refund.
Rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email at mstaxiservice01@gmail.com, and the customer is responsible for confirming car availability at the rescheduled time.
Refund Policy – MS Taxi Service
- In case of booking cancellation, MS Taxi Service will issue a refund of the entire advance payment for the booking.
- To request a refund, send an email with your booking details, including your Booking ID (received via SMS and email after booking).
- Optionally, provide feedback for our service improvement.
- Refunds are usually initiated within 48 hours from the date of the request and are limited to the advance payment made for the booking.
- Refunds are subject to cancellation charges, if applicable (refer to our Cancellation Policy above).
